Tiroche Diamond reserves the right to approve or deny any registration request at its sole discretion. Providing false information regarding your professional status constitutes a breach of these terms.
All content included on this site, such, graphics, logos, button icons, images, audio clips, digital downloads, data compilations, and software, is the property of Tiroche Diamond or its content suppliers and protected by international copyright laws. The compilation of all content on this site is the exclusive property of Tiroche Diamond.
While we strive to keep our online inventory updated in real-time, diamonds are unique items traded globally. The availability of a specific stone is subject to prior sale. We reserve the right to correct any errors, inaccuracies, or omissions, and to change or update information or cancel orders if any information is inaccurate at any time without prior notice.
Prices displayed (if any) or provided upon request are in US Dollars unless otherwise noted. A "Hold" request placed through the platform is a temporary reservation and does not constitute a binding sales contract until confirmed in writing by a Tiroche representative.
In no event shall Tiroche Diamond, nor its directors, employees, partners, agents, suppliers, or affiliates, be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from your access to or use of or inability to access or use the Service.
